Many thanks to everyone who attended my Christmas Boxing Class in aid of Cancer Research UK at Fitness First Fenchurch Street on 22nd December.
Thanks to everyone who supported the event a total of £150 raise so far.
It was great to see everyone participate so enthusiastically throughout an hour of punching, padding, press ups and burpees!
