QOL Training with Coronavirus shutdown

For the duration of the Coronavirus shutdown QOL Training will be delivering all training sessions online. We will continue to deliver one to one personal training and small group exercise sessions on a live and interactive basis. As the weeks go by we will also be looking to add more content to the site to support your training and keep you exercising including routines, programmes and videos.

Please get in touch if you would like to arrange sessions or if you have any exercise, fitness or nutrition related questions or queries. We will be trying to keep you fit and stop you getting bored as you STAY AT HOME in order to support our NHS. If you are an NHS worker and need help with fitness, relaxation or mental well-being we are making 5 hours a week of time freely available to you. Please see contact information below.
